Easy Peanut Sauce

Make this simple peanut sauce and store it in your refrigerator to add to stir fries, spiralized vegetables, or over roasted or steamed vegetables. I even use this as a salad dressing!
Serves 4
Ingredients
1/2 cup All Natural Peanut Butter (smooth)1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar or Rice Wine Vinegar3 tbsps Coconut Aminos2 Garlic Cloves, minced or pressed (or 2 tsp garlic powder)1 tsp Ground Ginger Dash Ground Red Pepper 2 tsp Raw Honey1/4 tsp Sea Salt2 tbsp Water |
|
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients to a bowl or a liquid measuring cup and whisk until well combined and smooth. Add more water if needed to thin it out. Transfer to a sealable jar. Enjoy!
Refrigerate in a Glass Jar with Lid for up to one week. (I like to use these jars for sauces, soups, and smoothies - they're freezer safe, and so portable.)
Substitutions:
If you don't have coconut aminos, use tamari or soy sauce.
To reduce fat, use 1/4 cup peanut butter powder and use an additional 3TB water.
If you don't have honey, use 2 TSP maple syrup, coconut sugar, or monk fruit extract (or omit completely).
