Tahini Protein Energy Balls


The sweet and savory taste of these energy balls will certainly become a fast favorite! Enjoy these energy balls as a quick grab and go snack to keep you going on those busy days with complex carbohydrates, protein, and some low glycemic sugars to give you steady energy without a crash.

Serves 24


2 cups gluten free rolled oats

1 cup tahini

4 tbsp. honey

4 scoops vegan vanilla protein powder

2 tbsp. mini chocolate chips

4 tbsp raisins, chopped (optional)




Place the rolled oats, tahini, honey, protein powder and chocolate chips in a large bowl and stir to combine to form a dough.

Once combined, use a large tablespoon or cookie scoop of the dough and form into balls, and place on a baking sheet or cutting board lined with parchment paper. Should make 24 energy balls.

Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour

Store covered in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks, or in the freezer for up to 3 months (reusable zip-top bags work well for this!).
