Weekly Accountability Coaching

Make small changes over time, building on your strengths and using them to your advantage. When you know what you need to do, but you’d like the accountability to stick to your plan, Weekly Accountability is just what you need. We will co-create short- and long-term goals, and we will have one check-in call every week to be sure you’re hitting your agreed upon tasks and seeing progress. This program is a fantastic complement to the Meal Planning Service!

Weekly check-ins (15 minutes) with your wellness coach to maintain motivation and accountability, provide support, give tips, and determine possible roadblocks for the coming week. FOUR weekly calls per month on a specific day and time each week.
