ProActive Total Package: Weekly Accountability Coaching

Make small changes over time, building on your strengths and using them to your advantage. When you know what you need to do, but you’d like the accountability to stick to your plan, Weekly Accountability is just what you need. We will co-create short- and long-term goals, and we will have one check-in call every week to be sure you’re hitting your agreed upon tasks and seeing progress. This program is a fantastic complement to the Meal Planning Service!

  •   One (1) 90 minute Health and Wellness Intake Session/Meal Planning Session 
  • Downloadable Meal Planning and Tracking Guide Including:
    • Weekly Meal Planning Worksheets - Plan for Success!
    • Meal Planning Basics - Tips for Stress-less Meal Planning
    • Helpful Tools for Wellness and Meal Planning/Prep
    • Wellness-Promoting Grocery Guide
    • Detailed Wellness-Promoting Serving Size Guide 
    • Portion Size Quick-Reference
  • Meal modification and movement suggestions
  • Weekly check-in phone call (10-15 minutes) with your wellness coach to maintain motivation and accountability, provide support, give tips and education. 
  • Unlimited email and text support: Ask questions, get support, reach out for extra accountability, get recommendations, send an SOS! (8AM-7PM M-Fri) 
  • Personalized supplementation suggestions if desired. (supplements recommended are at the expense of the client)  
  • Personalized Meal Replacement/Prep Programs can be recommended for ease of preparation, portability and planning if desired, and will be at the expense of the client.
  • Additional 50 minute coaching sessions can be scheduled at a discounted rate per session.
