Easy Everyday Lemon Vinaigrette
It doesn't get any easier than this simple, bright lemon vinaigrette. You'll never want to buy store-bought again now that you can put this together in just a few minutes and enjoy fresh clean dressing anytime! Use over salads, as a marinade for fish, chicken, and vegetables, or as a sauce over cooked poultry or fish.
Serves 10
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3 Lemons (juiced) 3/4 tsp Sea Salt 1 1/2 tsps Dijon Mustard 1 TB Honey (optional) |

Instructions
Place all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until well combined. Serve immediately, or store in an airtight jar on the counter for up to 3 days (some people say up to a week or more, due to the shelf stable nature of the ingredients, but don't take my word for it!).
That's really it! Doesn't get more simple than that!
