Avocado Chicken Salad
This creamy, tangy chicken salad is loaded with energy sustaining protein, fiber, and healthy fats. It's an easy meal or snack to keep in the fridge at all times!
Serves 2
Ingredients:
6 oz cooked chicken breast
1/2 c (4oz) 0% Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
3 oz Avocado Mash (from Costco in the cold section!)
1/2 t garlic powder
Wedge of lime
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, and let sit in the refrigerator for one hour or longer. Serve with: 2oz (by weight) of baby spinach 2.63Oz (by weight) sliced cherry tomatoes Complete L&G with 1 Leaner, 1 HF, 1 Condiment, 3 greens
